UPDATES, Friday, July 24, 2009:

1. JiangHe Paper has a new ISO9000: 2000 certificate for its quality system certification to replace the existing one which expired on 09-11-2008. The new certificate will remain valid until JUNE 30, 2011.
2. Our JHE carbonless paper was awarded 2008-2009 TOP BRAND EXPORT PRODUCT of HENAN PROVINCE. The award is an appreciation of our good export performance since 2005 by the local customs, commerce, tax and inspection authorities and our customers satisfaction of our product quality;
3. In 2008 the export from JiangHe Paper and NANBEI PAPER was over 20,000 tons, a total of 25-30% from our carbonless and thermal paper production, this makes us one of biggest carbonless and thermal paper exporters from China.
4. JiangHe Paper introduced new products - uncoated woodfree white and colored in reels and sheets, the new products are intended to utilize the surplus capacity for our carbonless and thermal paper production at today’s critical market conditions and are also intended to familiarize our customers with our woodfree products when our new project is running and we could maintain regular delivery for these new products.
5. JiangHe Paper made an internet advertisement on http://www.paper-world.com covering for our four product lines, incl. Carbonless paper, thermal paper, office and printer paper …, the advertisement will be valid for one year …
6. To expand our sales in United States and better serve our North America customers, JiangHe Paper has agreement with TYT Company LTD and its subsidiary JiangHE Paper US CO. (http://jhtpaper.com) for the exclusive sales of our products in US and for serving our North American customers.
7. In order to concentrate our limited resources on better serving our foreign customers, the management of the two sister companies, HENAN PROVINCE JIANGHE PAPER CO., LTD. (JiangHE Paper, http://www.jianghe.com/en/) and HENAN NANBEI PAPER CO., LTD. (http://www.jianghe.com/nb/, http://www.nbncr.com/) have decided to combine the export branches of the two companies into a single JiangHE Paper Int’l Business Dept.
8. Today foreign customers could buy from us carbonless paper with JHT carbonless brand for US markets, JHE carbonless brand or NBNCR carbonless brand for other markets.

JIANGHE PAPER CELEBRATED ITS FIFTH ANNERVERSARY. Aug-07

We, Henan Province JiangHe Paper CO., LTD (JiangHe Paper), are a specialized carbonless copy paper producer. Founded only in 2002, JiangHe Paper is today one of the biggest carbonless copy paper makers here in China.

In 2005 we delivered to our customers 2500 tons of carbonless paper per month, and in March 2006 we made a total delivery of 3,700 tons carbonless paper to our customers, and today we are delivering around 4,500 tons per month carbonless paper, of which 1,500 tons is exported.
In AUGUST 2007, we will have a new paper machine running which in its full capacity will increase our production from the current level to a total 120,000 tons carbonless paper per annum.

JiangHe Paper is a private business with RMB800 million capital asset, including a mill site of 400mou, two specialty paper machines (one 2640mm wide, and one 3270 mm wide), multiple off machine coaters, sheeters and slitter rewinders for carbonless paper production, and an annual capacity of 120,000 tons, an equivalent of RMB1,200 million in output value.

We produce our carbonless and base paper grades from 100% wood pulp under an ISO9000: 2000 certified quality system and we deliver to our customers white or tinted CB, CF and CFB fully to our customer’s satisfaction.

Our sister company "Henan Nanbei Paper CO., LTD", a company with RMB 8 million registered capital, and owned by the same owners of JiangHe Paper, manufactures and markets jumbo thermal rolls and finished thermal and carbonless products;

Henan Nanbei Paper CO., LTD. now owns four (4) carbonless products lines, two (2) thermal products lines, and one (1) printing workshop for printing and converting various thermal and carbonless products. At the moment the company’s total capacity for thermal jumbo rolls and products is approx. 10,000 tons per annum.
